CocoEarth being a lightweight material is ideal for Rooftop Gardens where weight of substrate can be a constraint. CocoEarth is ideally mixed with other lightweight inorganic materials such as scoria or pumice to further reduce weight loadings.

The addition of CocoEarth to inorganic materials allows exceptional water and nutrient holding properties to be established, which are essential for plant growth. CocoEarth’s internal micro sponge matrix allows for excellent insulation properties to be established which are a key feature of Rooftop Gardens.
